Q. What forms of payment do you accept online?

Q. What are your shipping costs and delivery schedule?

Nude by Nature online shop offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (excluding taxes) within Australia. For orders under $50, a $9.90 Standard Shipping charge applies. Note: we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and outside Australia.

We reserve the right to change this shipping promotion at any time.

Q. How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with our products please call Customer Service on 1300 795 003 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code, prior to the return of the product. This code must be quoted on all returned products.

We accept no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit. All returns must be received by us within 10 days of the Returns Authorisation Code being issued. Products may only be returned within the offered free trial or money back guarantee period.

If you cancel your free trial within the prescribed Free Trial period, or if you return the product during the money back guarantee period, you will be responsible to pay the postage and handling charges associated with the product. No refunds will be issued for postage and handling.

Q: Is Nude by Nature good for covering up my varicose veins and body blemishes?
A: Yes, Nude by Nature can be used on any part of the body and has been widely acclaimed as an ideal cover for blemishes, post cosmetic surgery marks and varicose veins.

Q: Does Nude by Nature contain nano-particles?
A: Nude by Nature is composed entirely of micro particles. These are an ideal size for particles that rest on the top layer of skin and are not absorbed, so giving more effective cover to your make-up.

Q: Can males use Nude by Nature?
A: Yes, Nude by Nature is suitable for both females and males of all ages.

Q: Which product do I use first?
A: For the ultimate finish we recommend the mineral Undercover Airbrush Primer first - which will help achieve that air brushed finish. The Undercover Airbrush Primer has been developed specifically to work with the Natural Mineral Cover Foundation so that the micro particles adhere in a smooth uniform layer making it an ideal base . Not only will it act as the perfect base for our Natural Mineral Cover Foundation, but it will help protect and nurture your skin.

Q: What are the main ingredients?
A: Mica, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and kaolin. All Nude by Nature ingredients are 100% naturally derived, toxic free with no parabens and do not have any cakey Bismuth.

Q: Can I use my normal moisturiser first?
A: Yes this helps for longer lasting coverage - apply before using primer. Nude by Nature moisturiser and skin care range are ideal products as a base for Nude by Nature's Natural Mineral Cover Foundation and make-up collection.

Q: Do the 3 step products have an expiry date?
A: 3 years after opening.

Q: Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Yes as it does not contain talc, cakey Bismuth or parabens or any other toxic harmful ingredients that can be found in traditional make-up, so it is ideal for sensitive skin.

Q: How long does coverage normally last?
A: If used with our Undercover Airbrush Primer then it should last all day.

Q: Is it safe to use around the eyes?
A: Our make-up is ideal for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers as it is all natural and won't irritate or bring tears to your eyes.

Q: Is it tested on animals?
A: No, only humans!

Q: Does Nude by Nature have an SPF factor?
A: The first skin care ingredient found in Nude by Nature is Titanium Dioxide. It not only protects you from the sun but helps your skin clear and free from acne. By reducing the amount of moisture being collected by the skin it reduces the amount of oil and possible blemishes that you experience normally.

Zinc Oxide is also a sun blocking substance found in Nude by Nature. While it is not added as a sunscreen, it does protect you from the sun. Even though Nude by Nature does contain natural protection against the sun, Nude by Nature mineral make-up should never serve as your first line of defence against sun damage.

Q: Can I use it on other parts of the body?
A: Yes, Nude by Night Liquid Mineral Foundation (Flawless Liquid Velvet) can be used on any part of the body and has been widely acclaimed as an ideal cover for blemishes, post cosmetic surgery marks and varicose veins.

Q: Can I use it in the daytime?
A: Yes, don't be confused by the name. Our range does promote the wearing of our Natural Mineral Cover Foundation in the daytime and liquid foundation at night. You can use the Liquid Mineral Foundation (Flawless Liquid Velvet) in the day. Remember to use a mirror with good light when applying make-up for the day. The ideal finish would be to use our Nude by Nature Mineral Finishing Veil.

Q: Can males use Nude by Nature?
A: Nude by Night Liquid Mineral Foundation (Flawless Liquid Velvet) can be used by all demographic - old, young, male or female.

Q: Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
A: All Nude by Nature products are made of totally natural ingredients. This makes it ideal for people with sensitive skin, rosacea and acne. It won't irritate or redden the skin. Nude by Night Liquid Mineral Foundation (Flawless Liquid Velvet) actively has ingredients such as Dragocalm and Tocopheryl Acetate that reduce skin redness and irritation and protect the skin.

Q: How long does coverage normally last?
A: All night - though it is dependent on skin type and how much activity.

Q: Is it safe to use around the eyes?
A: Absolutely! Being natural, it is perfect for even sensitive and irritated eyes.

Q: I am concerned about the harshness of beauty products that I have used in the past - why is Nude by Nature so different?
A: Nude by Nature is 100% naturally derived. It does not contain any of the harsh chemicals that many skin care products available today have. This makes for not only an effective product, but one that is gentler on your skin.

Q: I'm a teenager with combination/normal skin. I occasionally have a few pimples when I'm stressed and around my period and my skin is slightly sensitive. What would be the best products for me?
A: Nude by Nature products, due to their naturally derived ingredients, won't irritate you skin. The Super Anti-Oxidant Foaming Cleanser, Pore Refining Toner and Exfoliating Scrub are great, but you'll love the Oil-Free Lotion that will never cause congestion and help control your shine.

Q: I am 27 years old and want to use an anti-aging night cream. Am I the right age to start using anti aging face creams? I'm a smoker and living in a polluted area, my skin is very sensitive and dehydrated.
A: Cleanser, toner and exfoliation are perfect at any age, but you're right at 27 to start with anti-aging as this is when the body stops producing collagen and ellastin. Our 24 Hour Anti-Aging Moisturiser is jam packed with anti-oxidants and firming agents, but the one product you really should apply every night underneath is just one pump of the Nude Oil. This will transform your skin and prevent aging very effectively. In the daytime make sure to wear Nude by Nature's mineral make-up with its natural sunscreen protection and of course, give up the smoking!

Q: I have visible pores on my face, specifically on my nose and chin - what can I do to get rid of these?
A: A proper cleansing routine each morning will help. Using our Super Anti-Oxidant Foaming Cleanser, Pore Refining Toner and Exfoliating Scrub with the Oil-Free Lotion. This will help to close the pores and refine the skin without drying. To be kind to your skin use Nude by Nature's mineral make-up.

Q: I'm in my late 20's, so my skin is still fairly young, but I've noticed some unevenness in tone and texture lately and want to address it. The skin looks dull, sometimes blotchy and feels rough/flaky at times. What are the best methods for me?
A: Natural skin products are important, when the skin is rough/flaky this can be due to the harshness of existing chemical products you are using. Start with a skin regime that is natural. Use Nude by Nature's 24 Hour Anti-Aging Moisturiser as this has been formulated specifically for dry skins. This should reduce the flakiness and roughness. In the daytime steer clear of normal cosmetics that can contain harsh chemicals. You can also use our Nude Oil with wonderful natural ingredients devised to even skin tone. Q: I have very oily skin and don't know which moisturiser to use that won't make my oily skin worse.
A: Use Nude by Nature's Oil-Free Lotion. Incorporate this into your usual routine with Nude's Super Anti-Oxidant Foaming Cleanser, Pore Refining Toner and Exfoliating Scrub and this should lessen the oiliness of your skin. Q: I have some nasty stretch marks on my stomach from when I was pregnant and don't feel able to go onto a beach without wearing a one piece swimsuit. It would be great to be able to find a product that could vanish these so I can get back to wearing a bikini again.
